I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of Playa del Carmen with everything within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and had a very comfortable bed, and the balcony was a great addition. The service was top-notch, especially in assisting with finding change to leave tips for the staff. The dining options were a bit limited, but the freshly made sandwiches were a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money!
